Needs help, not your typical...

Liked: Good breakfast and great location. That's about it. Staff was very nice as well.
Disliked: Room was damp, A/C did nothing to remove humid air. Clothes felt damp as well as the bed. Room smelled musty as well but had no visible mold. Pool was not open.

Liked: The staff at the front dest was VERY helpful, professional, well-groomed and kind.

Poor value for high price.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Requested wake-up call both nights—which did not happen both mornings. Breakfast disappointing.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Dirty room, the hotel is very loud even when people are asleep. The doors slam. I was not impressed
