Liked: Staff was outstanding; one of our group had a medical emergency & the staff were so helpful & kind

Not the Ritz, but comfortable...

Liked: Quiet and he room was nice with plenty of space. Very family friendly. Staff was responsive and very helpful.
Disliked: The in-room coffee was meh, but that's probably due to the big posts downstairs. Speaking of the big pots of coffee downstairs. Yuk! They were not very hot and the coffee was not as good as other Hampton Inns.

Worth the stay. Very quiet...

Liked: Staff was incredible, I cannot say enough positive things about them. I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and everything Hampton Inn Calera exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: It was a positive experience overall

Disliked: Honestly I feel they are charging way too much for the stay. There was nothing special about this place. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that are much nicer.

Clean and safe

Liked: This is my 3rd stay here. Great location on the way to Gulf Shores. Easy access to shopping and food. Easy on and off I-65. Wonderful staff and breakfast is always great. Really clean. I feel safe staying here.
Disliked: I wish the price would be a little lower.
