Liked: The breakfast was excellent and a very clean breakfast area.

Best stay of our trip

Liked: The room was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full, we didn't hear anything to disturb us during our stay. The continental breakfast was fabulous - above and beyond what we've seen at other hotels. Western Omelets, sausage, waffles, french toast sticks, and more fresh fruit selections than we've ever seen (Strawberries, cantaloupe, mandarin oranges, apples, bananas, oranges. Great job!

Depending expectations, price and comfort...

Liked: Front desk, room and breakfast were very good.
Disliked: Breakfast: Bread slices were wrapped in food-wrap which made it very difficult to handle.Bath: Bath-tub: Who in his/her right mind will use the tub as it is designed for? Travelers want take a shower and get ready with their travel next day. Therefore tub and shower were very difficult to use and enjoy the warm water.

Liked: The young girl working the front desk both when we checked in and out was so friendly! She always spoke to us when we were coming and going. She even asked us this morning how the trolley ride we took went. I'm sorry we can't remember her name.

Liked: I was impressed by the bathroom layout. Plenty of hooks for towels and for hanging a toiletry bag. I seldom see this in any hotels regardless of the price. Also plenty of hooks in the entryway for jackets, purse, etc. Very well thought out. Also more than adequate charging outlets. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The pillows were uncomfortable otherwise no issues.
