Good

Liked: The location was good. The Breakfast was available when we left at 9 o’clock.
Disliked: My initial contact in registering was Linda. She did not smile at all, and began to tell me the hotel was booked solid. I asked for a room close to the elevator, and she put me in the middle of one of the hallways. That was no problem.

Liked: Only real hotel in area
Disliked: Mattress was in the shape of a canoe. Heard person walking above us late at night and early in morning.

Great getaway spot!

Liked: The facility was conveniently located and had plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable…every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot!

Liked: The location was great. Good breakfast. The agent helping check in was very pleasant.
Disliked: The train sound coming in the room. According to my Granddaughter it sounded like it was coming right through the room. Dirty pool area. Used bandaids laying around. Not enough towels to dry off.

Disliked: the walls are paper thin. You can hear someone sneeze in the other room. the cleaning service doesn’t clean the room they just make the beds. they didn’t vacuum they didn’t replace the towels or throw out the garbage
