Wanted more of a welcome...

Liked: Would have liked greater variety of fruit at breakfast..the room was freezing when I entered and I found it difficult to adjust the temperature..called and was given oral directions…the toilet was so low almost had to double up to sit down…was sent to a room that wasn’t made up before getting final room. Staff was polite but wanted more of a welcome….especially since week before I had to give up prebooked room without refund.

Excellent stay…

Liked: Accommodation was fine.
Disliked: Checking in the front desk clerk indicated I had not pre paid for the room, even though I showed her my receipt.She had a negative attitude and would not get any assistance. Finally I demanded she contact the mananger,which she did. Then the manager straightened everything out.

It was fine.

Liked: Location, room and ample size.
Disliked: A little dated. Nice bathroom but poor water pressure in the sink.
