Great location and friendly staff
Liked: Very helpful staff. When we had an issue with Netflix, they had their IT people remotely reboot the system which fixed the problem.
Disliked: The breakfast are was very cold with not enough seating.

Liked: We have stayed at this Hampton 20x in the last 13yrs and this past stay was awful compared to all the other times. We had to wait 40 mins to get our room missed a dinner reservation because it was almost 4pm before we got into our room. Room was clean so we thought our sheets had feces stains on them and a actual poop in the bed. I had already talked to the assistant manager was not happy with her attitude planned to talk to the GM in the morning I didn’t see him so I will be forwarding this on to him. I would not recommend this hotel not as it’s one of the nicest in the area and the price is double most places you expect what you pay for.
Disliked: The attitude of the front desk assistant & manager bleeding maid in the hallway another maid goofing off in the elevator but the poop bed did it !!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Hot breakfast could be better quality.
Disliked: The listing on third party booking agencies was very similar in location to another Hampton and I made a mistake and booked the Amherst location. This Hampton location I wanted is in the town of Amherst but also the village of Williamsville. Very confusing. I arrived at the location I thought I booked only to find out it was the wrong location and no reciprocity between hotels. I had to sit in the lobby and call Booking.com to cancel one reservation and make another at a much higher price. I was not well when I made the wrong reservation. Unfortunately, we were the losers for this location similarity. I am sure we are not the first ones to have this problem. Please advise.
