Lowered my expectation for Hampton...

Liked: Quick easy check in.
Disliked: Breakfast was a big disappointment. Lukewarm coffee, cold eggs (precooked western omelet), funky (fake?) bacon. Some tables not cleaned. We stayed on top floor. The roof made noises for a couple hours as it cooled down in the evening. The expansion and contraction make loud noises that seems like the roof was breaking. Disconcerting for sure. Toilet flush was so loud and forceful it was disturbing. Made you not want to flush in the middle of the night so as not to wake up your partner. Through the wall AC unit was really loud, so we turned it off.

Disliked: would have loved more selection for the breakfast menu, breakfast area was very small and crowded for a hotel of this size

My stay was pleasant. I...

Liked: My stay was comfortable. There were numerous choices for breakfast, including gluten free options. The facilty was clean, and the staff very friendly. The location is near the NYS Thruway, and is close to shopping and other amenities.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was a problem with drainage after a heavy rainfall during my stay. My room was at the front of the hotel, so the noise was very loud as the repairs were being done.
