Liked: Modern facilities in the bedroom, Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Breakfast. Food choices nearby. Nice staff.
Disliked: Juice machine was out of order.

Liked: Sunday morning scrambled eggs and poppyseed mini-scones were excellent! Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Heater and fridge were quiet. Staff at check-in was friendly. Free movie channels. Complimentary coffee in lobby.
Disliked: Saturday morning staff couldn’t keep up with supplying coffee and omelettes. It seemed like the check-in staff was the same person refilling food trays at breakfast. A clump of hair was left in the shower drain, which I removed with a tissue. Free wi-fi was not easy to use/connect. Loud party until after midnight 2 rooms down on 2nd night.

Other than the booking issue...

Liked: Well kept.
Disliked: Kids running and playing on each floor in the hallways. Staff gave my room away even though I booked it way in advance. Stated I was a no show but allowed a family to check in one of the rooms I booked. Told the staff over the phone while he was checking in and that I was coming later. They fixed it but it could’ve been an inconvenience
