Decent hotel for one night...

Disliked: I asked the lady at the counter what end to the building my room was on (right, left, center) and she stated she didn't know and that there would be a sign when I got off the elevator which way to go....... If the receptionist is going to work there, they should know EXACTLY where each room is in correlation to the check in desk. Tired of employees with an "I don't give a shit attitude". Fire her and hire someone that is appreciative of the job they have, maybe it will teach her a lesson.

Liked: Contacted hotel personally before booking to make sure late check in was ok our room was canceled even though spoke to staff an note was left on our reservation. I was 18hrs from home with no place to stay due to this. We went in after 11am on the 4th to be told we still had our reservation and it was fully paid for previously an the lady I spoke to said that is why we were canceled due to card not going thru. If reservation had been paid for a month previously why would you cancel the reservation with notes and put someone thru that stress. I was very upset with her not looking at notes on reservation an trying to double charge us.

Will stay again.
