Worse experience ever

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Not clean ,breakfast was too late ,the pool water was salty and clean,rooms were dirty very small I paid for 2 units connected together got 2 rooms in different floors super bad customer service in general worse stay ever other guest where smoking non stop smell bad

Great location & room design...

Liked: Well put together rooms
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock I tossed all night every night. The tv remote was horrible, half the buttons didn't work. Couldn't move the tv.Couldn't move the yellow lamp nor adjust it at all. The temperature was hard to keep warm, couldn't find a happy medium. There was no room service for simply bringing up water to charge to my room.Late check out was noon ~ not 1pm as standard hotel practices.
