Disliked: Beds were terribly soft and uncomfortable

Liked: Breakfast was fine
Disliked: I had to asked numerous times to have sheets changed in bed. Sheets were stained apon arrival. requested change and new towels. Finally had to make my own after getting clean sheets. Paying over $300. for each night this is unexpectable.

Liked: Room was clean and pleasant
Disliked: Toilet seat was loose and paper holder insecure. Didn't like that the bathroom didn't lock.

Would have stayed elsewhere.

Liked: Location close to highway, convenient to WPI graduation events.
Disliked: Condition of room 227. Was not clean, carpet tiles were lifting in places, wall and bedskirt stained with what appeared to be spilled coffee.

Liked: I did not bother with breakfast, facilities are nice bed could have been more comfortable. After all it is really what I am buying
Disliked: Bed could have been more comfortable it is the only thing Bought a place to sleep did not want breakfast

Disliked: Need french vanilla creamers for coffee. I mean $157 a night you can spring for $5 creamers...lol. Need microwave in room. The coffee maker in room is virtually unaccessible. Nice laundry bag in elevator.

Location, location, location!

Liked: Great location for what I needed. Easy to find and access.
Disliked: Wish my room had been ready at check-in time. Was tired from driving, and the extra hour’s wait was disappointing.
