Good for the one night...
Liked: Clean, spacious room
Disliked: Front desk staff was not really helpful, long wait to check in. Seems like the person who checked us in did not know the system very well.

Quiet clean and ideal if...
Liked: Very clean and quiet even the hvac. I usually am one to wake up as hvac turns on and off and the fan noise was minimal.
Disliked: It’s not an easy location to get to via public transit however it was the right location that I needed to be for work.

Disappointing overall for the price.
Liked: The hotel itself is nice and new. It’s a nice Hampton Inn.
Disliked: The location is somewhat silly… right by the ship departures so if that’s why you’re staying at this hotel that’s the right spot. Otherwise it makes no sense. They only offer valet service so as guests you can’t even park your own car and they charge $60 a night. That leaves you having to walk 2 blocks to pay &35 at the nearest public parking. The valets are obnoxious and only driven by money that’s insane. The front desk was nice. The housekeeping did a great job every day. The breakfast was atrocious and while I could expect that from a small town 2nd rate Hampton inn, it felt completely out of touch with the vibe they were trying to give with somewhat grandiose lobby and facilities for a Hampton inn….. disjointed! And when you can’t park anywhere around the coffee shops within 15-20 min it would be nice to have a decent breakfast and not powder eggs….

Exceptional
