Relaxing, nice clean environment and...
Liked: Always enjoy staying at this location given its location and amenities (bar, breakfast, pool and parking)
Disliked: I feel that the Way Parking and the hotel should have a better relationship.

You need a US phone...
Liked: The hotel is geared up for people arriving or leaving Boston Logan airport, not people staying a few days to visit Boston itself. We didn't have a US phone and had to ask another traveller for the use of their phone. We used the shuttle bus to get to the T Rail system to get into town & to get to the car hire centre. Buffet breakfast was odd but you could get enough from it, coffee available 24/7.
Disliked: You must have a US phone so that you can call the hotel to get the shuttle bus to pick you up. The hotel only has 2 elevators, one was out of service for 2 of our 4 days stay. I thought the food/drink in the bar was overpriced for what you got. There are no stores or restaurants near the hotel and a fast main road next to the hotel.

Liked: Always stay here because of airport shuttle.
Disliked: Elevator out of order. The shuttle was packed at 3am.

Did not live up to...
Liked: Staff friendly and polite.
Disliked: Pool was not available! Wanted to swim but could not. One of the elevators was broken. Waiting 2 to 3 times to get on the elevator. Always lines waiting to get on Some areas where run down. Did not tell us about $30 parking bill Breakfast was not good! Was out of items by 9 am!
