Good location, but the facilities...

Liked: Close to Mass General
Disliked: Pillows smelled like body odor, there was some mold in the shower; they’re not transparent about their parking rates — I received an email AFTER I booked, notifying me that parking is $25/night.

It was a good enough...

Liked: The rooms were spacious
Disliked: The room was a little musty, it was really hot and we had to keep the AC low to keep the humidity out.

Good location would recommend for...

Liked: Shuttle to and from airport very efficient.Nice staff.Good breakfast.Across the road from vg mexican restaurant, tj maxx and market basket.5 min walk to bus stop only 20 mins on bus to central boston.
Disliked: Rooms only serviced every second day. We got there Wednesday. No fresh towels thurs (had used them wed eve plus thurs morning). Got new towels from receptionist thurs evening on our return to room. New towels and room done Friday. Not done sat or Sunday. When I asked re Sunday was told ‘housekeeping didn’t get to our two rooms (and others). Got fresh towels again from receptionist. Hotel basic dont expect room done every day (ours done once and we had 5 nights there). Not that big a deal. Location great. Coffee and tea available all the time. Washing machine handy but dryer takes 2.5 hours to dry. 150 rooms so hard to get washer and dryer (i had to do it 830-11.15 just one load). Shower didnt drain properly i reported it sunday morning wasnt fixed, my husband fixed it Sunday evening or else we couldn’t shower it would have overflowed.

Very pleasant stop before boarding...

Liked: Very good breakfast with hot choices, selection of juices and lots of coffee, and other items that should suit many different dietary needs.. All staff members were superb! Appreciate having shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes and not hourly.
Disliked: With the price paid for the room, paying for parking seems a bit much
