Exceptional

Liked: Transportation was great to and from the airport. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was just what we needed for an overnight layover.
Disliked: The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Hair was all found on the floors and towels.

Disappointing price surprise.

Liked: room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: For a recent trip to Italy, with international flight departing and returning BOS, we needed 2 overnight rooms to facilitate our connecting domestic flights. At the time of booking, the rate for our April 6-7 was confirmed at $336.84 (168.42 per room). However, I didn't realize booking the same 2 rooms for April 17-18, the price would increase to $612.99 ($276.15 difference). The hotel staff stated the price increase was due to it being. "Boston marathon weekend." This seems outrageous and unreasonable. Perhaps, Booking.com can work with the hotel chains to offer a package rate for similar multi-stay bookings similar to airlines roundtrip fares. This would lead to less confusion fewer surprises and disappointments when having to make two separate bookings.
