Liked: shuttle bus to BOS. access to T. I enjoyed the customary nice breakfast. The rooms are alwasys very nice. Convenient location. Clean facilities

Comfortable, easy access to Logan...

Liked: The king room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The staff were super-friendly at check-in, and the free shuttle to the airport (at 5.30 am!) was great. I will definitely stay here again if/when I need to catch an early flight from BOS.
Disliked: Nothing -- I chose this hotel based on location, free airport shuttle, and past reviews, and I was not disappointed.

Liked: Super friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Great workout facility and free washer/dryer available. The airport shuttle is free and convenient and the. Breakfast is good

Good location for getting to...

Clean and comfortable, but parking...

Liked: The hotel/room was clean and comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. The bathroom (stall shower) was updated and clean. The continental breakfast was good, several options and liked that it was offered from 6am to 10am. Location was great as it was a short drive to Downtown Boston and historic sights.
Disliked: One elevator was not working, but the hotel wasn't crowded so the wait wasn't bad. Parking lot is small and on a First-Come First-Served. Wasn't pleased with paying $20 for parking and almost didn't get a spot when we got back around 7pm. Spots are tight and concerned that someone would ding our doors. There wasn't enough towels in our room and asked for another set of towels, which they only provided a bath, hand towel and bath mat... no wash cloth, but we got that the next day. One of the front desk personnel seemed a little bothered and looked like she was documenting this in the computer as she asked for my room #, what I was missing, etc.. Made me feel a little uncomfortable.
