Wonderful staff and the cleanest...

Liked: Staff was very kind and available . Everything was very clean and comfortable. Got in room fast.
Disliked: There is no pool anymore and they seem to be hesitant to correct that until you’re on property. The fridge in unit is maybe 1.5 cubic feet. Barely could fit a gallon of milk inside.

Just an okay experience.

Liked: The room and bathroom were clean and the breakfast had good options.The staff person was nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable.
Disliked: The first room i was placed in had an AC that wouldn't turn on so I was moved to another room, but the AC in that room seemed like it was about to die too. The bed was very loud and squeaky just sitting on it and turning over. Also felt like the mattress was going to slide off. The room was run down and outdated and slightly musky smelling. No toilet paper in my family members room upon arrival.

Liked: This is our second stay at this location and a direct result of our first visit. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean and we're made to feel welcomed.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly which made the experience more enjoyable. A shout out for good customer service!
Disliked: My only suggestion: we stayed in a suite (3 adults) the bedroom with the two beds was able to be closed off to the rest of the suite; however, if you wanted to get dressed in private the area to do that was not closed off to where the beds were located. The bathroom itself had a door but the sink area was in the open to the two beds. If a door was added to where the sink area was to close it off to where the beds are located that would solve that issue.
