Did not end well

Disliked: I gave all 1’s on the survey because after all was said and done and we had a great time, they made you pay to park at the hotel that you had just spent $600 to stay. UNACCEPTABLE!

Disliked: This Hampton Inn is the only location that has charged me a "pet fee" for my ESA. I offered to show documentation from my physician to verify the ESA is a canine and needed, but the person said an ESA does not meet the criteria of a service animal. The person said that the location has always had that policy, but I have stayed at that location and had no problem with my ESA. I would think all Hampton Inn would have the same rules, but I was told that the decision made regarding ESA and "pet fees" was made by that property's management.
