Overall a very nice place...

Liked: I liked that the hotel was far enough off the highway to not get traffic noise but was very easy to access. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and recommended an excellent place for us to go for dinner
Disliked: The fan in our bathroom was extremely noisy (loud squeal) and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Also the one elevator was very loud.

Disliked: Isolated seats in the dining lounge

Great place to stay!

Liked: The breakfast was really good. Its great especially when you are traveling with children and teens. Pool was very nice. Staff was absolutely amazing. They allowed me to update my accommodations on same day. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Staff continually cleaned facilities during breakfast and during the day. If ever in the area to visit again, we will definitely be staying here.

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: The room when I booked said there would be a chair with a leg rest thing I forgot what it called the lady said they took them out when they recently remodeled and that’s why it’s not there no more well I had a issue with that because I would of brought a blow up mattress if they called me before the fact they said they would give me a percentage refund back but I still haven’t seen it. It was not convenient of our two nights and three day stay but I will still be back next summer but I’ll get two rooms for better room other wise it was nice and good.

Liked: Everything was great - all staff members were very nice and helpful. Rooms are great and location is perfect to the highway. Facilities are top notch. We slept really well!!
Disliked: I thought it was a little on the expensive side, but like I said, they really took care of you!
