Disliked: I was disappointed the pool was not open. The room smelled like poop and there was a long dark hair (that doesn't belong to my group) on the counter.

It was tolerable but thought Hampton inn would be nicer based on previous stays in Hampton Inns in other locations

Good for location. Bad for price.

Liked: The location to the hospital was the best. I had to stay close due to my mother having cancer. They understood I had to change my plans and cut stay short. Gave me full refund on my second night I cancelled.
Disliked: Was not updated for the price a night. The bathroom has hairs in toilet and shower. Wasn't swept. The adjoining door would not lock so had to barricade myself. The bed was very hard but again location was great for one night.

It was not the best and not the worst

Liked: The area is good. Comfortable beds. Rather clean
Disliked: The sink & toilet in 310 were stopped up . Every time I come to Birmingham I use this hotel and I come quite often. Theyve been renovating since 2018/2019 and the noise is quite annoying its 2024 its been almost 6 years
