They double charged my card...

Liked: The property itself was okay.
Disliked: The manager and front desk receptionist

Disliked: Waited at front desk for 5minutes to check in! Attendant came from down the hall had no clue i was there even after i tried to call and heard phone ring myself. Maybe need to put a bell at desk or even a door alert alarm.

Disliked: The bed slumped in the middle. Should be replaced.

Disliked: When reserving the room, I requested not a handicap room, yet when we got there, they gave us a handicap room!!! The toilet didn't work!!! I'd prefer to stay at Hampton, but this poor experience will affect my future decisions. Not that anyone here cares.

Great stay!

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and staff was very attentive! The hotel was very clean and staff was very courteous! It was one of the nicer Hampton Inn.
