Very clean; courteous staff; great breakfast! Everything was better then expected.

Disliked: No hot water for showers staff was really nice, breakfast was delicious.

Liked: The bed! Very comfortable and big!
Disliked: That they refused my credit card even though I had more then enough available credit on it! Have had no problem using it elsewhere!

Nasty hotel

Liked: Check in at 3 couldn't get in till 4:30 pm. The room, the refrigerator was warm with no setting. Asked manager he came in it was on the back of the refrigerator and when we came back the floor was wet from the refrigerator. Then the room stunk like musty. The bathroom faucet was broken off the counter. 3 shelfs on the wall was faking down. 11pm toilet flush broke went to fix it and it was zipped tied and broke. Got the night employee to come down and instead of fixing it he tripped tied it OMG. The drain in tub was working well water past ankles. The pool area the door to the outside was wide open because the ventilation system was broke hot musty water on all the walls. The hot tub was SUPER SUPER NASTY!!. The color of the water was grey and looked like feces in the water was barely warm and gross. You could tell the drain system was not working on the hot tub and pool hair and dirt and nasty in the water I pushed it in the drain and would float back out. People walked by the hot tub and their face expression said it all. Told night and day managers and they did nothing about it next day still the same. Our kids staying in another room drain clogged in bathroom shelf off the wall no mirror sliding door for the closet no way to shut blind on their window. We will never stay there again EVER WORST HOTEL.

Disliked: I was unable to check till after 5pm because they didn't have rooms cleaned.

Liked: Located just off the highway and very convenient to where we wanted to be. The toilets in a standard room should all be handicapped tall as I have an injury and was difficult getting on and off the toilet
