Liked: The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast. (Shout out to the three front desk people we interacted with, and the lovely breakfast lady.) The room was clean and updated with one issue…the bathroom door was a slider and it was extremely hard to move. My husband had to free me from the bathroom. The pool was extremely crowded and could have been clearer, and I wish there was more shade around it. Sadly, Biloxi as a whole is in great need of repair. Mother Nature has not been kind to this area. Overall, though, if I was back in the area, I would stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: Bathroom door, lack of pool shade.
