Passable

Liked: The rooms were clean and the hotel was nice. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and it was closed so we got no use out of it. That's the only thing that was disappointing. Had I known we weren't going to get to use it i would've booked elsewhere. Very good breakfast with several options.

Disliked: Pool was closed the one night I stayed unfortunately, but the main issues were the nearly hour it took me to get a remote for the TV, and the room not being very clean. My bed had popcorn all in the sheets....I shook it out as best I could and went to bed but not sure the sheets were even clean...

Liked: The amenities were fun for the family, could use updates, but overall good.Lots of chlorine in waterside/pool area.Rooms were clean, but could use more updating than just a coat of paint.
Disliked: Bathroom shower head constant dripping

The front staff was rude...

Disliked: Hampton took my review down but we got bed bugs from our stay! The staff was helpful and switched our rooms but the damage was done! My poo husband was ate up so bad we took him to urgent care because of the swelling!

Decent property for the price

Liked: Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, most of the staff was very nice. It was a perfect location for us since we were visiting family that lives nearby
Disliked: The shower wasn’t super clean. Our coffee machine was broken and we asked for another one but never got one. Not a huge deal since they had coffee downstairs.

Disliked: The pool had way too much chlorine it was burning our eyes. Water was really cold and no seating in pool area.
