Hampton Inn By Hilton Bennington

Very good

Great for our purposes.

Liked: The hotel was convenient. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, but a little dated.
Disliked: The furniture in the lobby could use a steam clean.

Not impressed at all this...

Liked: The front desk people were great and pleasant
Disliked: The first room I got was infested with hornets the next room had a fly crawling under the pillow and in the bathroom was a big Black crawling bug always had a pleasant stay when stayed there before but not this time

Adequate, clean but underwhelming

Liked: Right near destination
Disliked: The coffee was not very good (I think from the water treatment). The room we were given was clean but the carpet was still quite wet so even my clothing that laid out felt damp in the morning

Way overpriced for a disappointing...

Liked: Breakfast and location were good.
Disliked: No Conditioner in the shower. No side chair or floor lamp in the corner by the window. Second person had nowhere to sit except lay on the bed. Many channels on the TV would not tune in, saying "weak signal-check antenna. Front desk said they would "reset" TV but no improvement.

Good

Liked: Breakfast was good, location was fine.
Disliked: The cost of the room, relative to its location to downtown Bennington, and the cost of other area lodging, was high.

Convenient, adequate and expensive.

Liked: This was very convenient to the event I was attending.
Disliked: I thought it was bare bones for small conveniences such as glasses in the bathrooms. I also thought it was expensive given its bare bones.
