Liked: The location was perfect. City centered. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. Staff was super nice. Price was great!
Disliked: I wasn’t told until after I paid that the pool was closed. My daughter was looking to it after a long day two days of sports. She was so disappointed. Also, I think the beds could be a tad softer. They killed my hips.

Disliked: A little larger out side gathering area for guests but no big deal!

Liked: The staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast was great with both a hot and cold option and lots of extra's for the waffles. My son made himself chocolate chip waffles. The room was very nice and spacious but unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature but needs to be cleaned more often and monitored better. Other guests came in and were swimming in their street clothes even though there was a clear sign stating that was against the rules and one young girl kept falling out of the front of her suit and no one not even her mother bothered to say something to her. It was quite disheartening to witness. Also, I recommend putting a clock on the wall in the pool area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others because the staff and breakfast are fantastic, the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, location is great, wifi connection is great, and it is a good value for the money.
Disliked: The other guest's indecency, the large amount of human hair floating in the pool, and the soft mattress.
