Liked: The night clerk was super nice, helpful and friendly. Plenty of towels in the room. Room was clean.
Disliked: The two people in charge of the continental breakfast were not friendly. Food was cold, and the employee pointed to a microwave.

Tired and not the best...

Liked: Hotel is in need of updating, it looks and feels tired. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not very good, makes Fairfield hotel breakfast feel like the Ritz.

Pleasant

Liked: The manager for 3/13 at 7pm took care of a rowdy group who set up lawn chairs in parking lot under my widow #207, the 7pm manager took care of the matter after I called front desk and the rowdies were all dispersed. Sorry to say the bed was lumpy.
Disliked: The bed is lumpy and uncomfortable.

It was noisy and inconvenient...

Liked: Easy to get to while traveling, clean, snacks and water offered when you arrive, the room had everything we needed, staff was friendly.
Disliked: We were given room 520. Nice size room. However, a loud motor noise was heard right outside the room in the ceiling or wall. We felt the floor vibrating.When you opened the door the hallway was super loud and noisy. I reported it and we were given a room on the first floor, smaller with a queen bed.Inconvenient for us to move. When the elevator doors opened on 4th floor it could be heard there as well.
