Wouldn’t try again

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: My room smelled like a bingo hall, the bed was uncomfortable and the water didn’t get hot

Awful

Liked: Absolutely disgusting. Elevator was dirty, room was even worse. Carpets were stained, and the bathroom was filthy. It looks like they don’t even try to clean it. None of the amenities were replenished whatsoever. Hand soap is the shower as body wash, but was empty, as well as shampoo & conditioner.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The hotel had a bad smell; My room toilet was dirty, and it looked like urine from a week ago. If cleanliness is improved, the rating will be better.
