Liked: nothing
Disliked: we had to change rooms so everybody was separated out. the water wasn’t hot no one too clean rooms daily i will never book again

A comfortable place to lay...
Disliked: Coffee empty, we did not eat there. under construction, It is no longer Hampton Inn with no name way to recognize it from the outside. No hair dryer!

We feel we were not...
Liked: Annette, the receptionist, and her crew couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Our refrigerator didn’t work so by next day they had brought us a new one to our room.
Disliked: We purposely pick this Hampton inn for the indoor pool, which has been empty and worked on for a while. Hampton inn is a name we trusted, not anymore. It was hard to find since it will be a sparks by Hilton in a couple of weeks. We received 2 emails 4 days before our arrival, informing us that it was required to wear masks indoors at all times due to COVID regulations!! Of course, that was not the case. Emails we should have received instead were needed to inform us about the name change signs and the pool availability so we could have changed our plans and stayed somewhere else. We should get money reimbursed for not getting what was promised!
