Liked: The breakfast buffet was very well kept up with, and the waffle toppings bar was amazing! The products in the shower and bathroom were very nice, not the cheap unusable stuff!
Disliked: The elevator was a little sketchy there is only two floors and the elevator stopped for a good solid minute before it opened the doors and there are no stairs at the back of the building, where our room was, that were accessible for customers, overall good stay though!

This stay was clearly unacceptable...

Disliked: My comforter smelt like stale pee. I was charged 3 nights and they refused to credit me back 1 because I only stayed one night. No sense of urgenies to correct the issues. In fact one employee while I was explaining the pee smells, she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. I would have come back again because my nephew lives there but with the way I was treated, there is no way.
