I'd stay again but will not rely on staff for help with info with taxi’s etc.
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Check in staff not friendly or overly willing to help with info about the area.

Good
Disliked: Pool was closed- it was a key factor in our choice to book the reservation. Hottest days of summer and pool was closed. Disappointed-the cost without pool access would have changed where we stayed.

A decent experience.
Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The pool was conviently located
Disliked: Listening to the bass from another room at 10pm at night until 11pm while trying to sleep. Also too many kids jumping in the pool while the parent read her book and didnt parent. She wasnt even in her swimsuit. The pool is small and this just made the pool unusable unless you were 10 yrs old and hyper and bad behaving child.

Passable
Liked: The Breakfast was about the only potential positive, and it was fair at best.
Disliked: I’m going to start this by saying, one employee to handle all issues at the front desk, who is too intimidated by her manager to call for help, is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on the owner and manager of the hotel for allowing this to even be a thing. A group of us booked the night before our stay, all showed up at check in time, unknowingly that the pool area was not open all day. The woman at the front desk apparently had not been informed prior to check in so didn’t say anything. I should add that we were a group with approximately 15 children combined, so the pool was where they were going to burn off energy for the night. Instead they decided to play in the hallway(prior to quiet time). I did ask if there was a conference room available to rent/use (nope it’s across the road at the next hotel). Then we were told the kids really shouldn’t be playing in the hotel with their toys and should go outside on the grassy area , at 8pm. I’m sorry, but had we been informed prior to that the pool was not open we would have made alternate arrangements. NOT a family hotel.Rooms have wallpaper peeling everywhere, beds are fair at best. Only positive of the rooms were the smart TV’s.Breakfast, just your standard hotel one.
