Overall, great stay I will...
Liked: I loved the hospitality and the area was close to the arena.
Disliked: It could’ve been cleaner. There was a few pieces of hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I booked 3 kings rooms. None of the rooms I got were king rooms. They were all double beds. When I complained they said they "ran" out of king rooms. How does that happen? One of our rooms was next to the court yard. People were out there all night until 6 am and were screaming most of the night. Nothing was done no matter how much we complained.

Liked: I liked that I was able to make a change in my room.
Disliked: That there were several dogs on the premises and that it's a dog friendly hotel. I am not a fan of dogs.

It was a safe home...
Liked: I liked the fact that the room was located near almost everything in Baltimore. I had a short driving distance to all my driving destinations. It was comfortable for the most part. I appreciated the free breakfast, and the room was mostly white so you could tell it wasn’t too dirty.
Disliked: The bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner, there was hair in there when we checked in. The room phone wasn’t working, so we had to go to the front desk for our extra needs. We didn’t get all the services requested at the front desk either.
