Liked: The TV didn't work other than that my stay went well

Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: Brand reputation, nice staff. Shopping and food options nearby.
Disliked: Some furnishing need updating.

Disliked: Bathroom had MOLD, especially in the shower. Landscaping was nonexistent. The swimming pool had not been cleaned in so long it was Black. As an honors member I am in awe that they are still flying a Hampton Inn flag.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: 1 of the 2 elevators didn’t work. No microwave in the room. The water in the pool was black! Could not swim. Worst breakfast I have had at a Hampton. Dogs in the motel,thought I was in a kennel. Our room smelled like a dog!

Liked: CYNTHIA ON night shift was nice, but seemed a little confused on what she was doing, and how you help us with the questions we was asking. Basic questions like would xyz room work for us ( we had a party of 15) she act as of she did want to help us. Alana on day shift WAS TOP TIRE. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US THAT WAS MESSED UP FROM CYNTHIA. SHE WORKED WITH US BECAUSE THE RATE WASNT CORRECT. 1 OF OUR ROOM GOT CHARGED 3 TIMES, AND THEY WANTED US TO PAY AGAIN. SHE HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING SHE WAS AWESOME.
Disliked: The rooms smells like mildew.
