The staff here has terrible...
Liked: Close to Worcester.
Disliked: The pool was closed and I was not made aware before I booked. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool. Staff was rude and unsympathetic. Bad customer service. Also, no one cleaned our room our entire stay for 3 days.

Liked: Not much. The window shade was not retractable, the room had a chemical smell, and they would not let me plug my hybrid vehicle in during the night to charge,

Very disappointing
Liked: The property was clean.
Disliked: Our stay was traumatic and we had a terrible sleep. There was a door between the adjacent room and ours with a large gap between the door and the floor. At about 4:20 in the morning, we were woken in the dark by loud voices that seemed to be in our room. The conversation went on for an hour. I stuffed towels under the door, trying to diminish the sound. When I shared the issue with hotel staff, they said there were several rooms like this in the hotel, and that I should request a non-adjacent room next time. I shared that it unacceptable to have such a gap between adjacent rooms. They offered to refund some of our cost. When I discovered a $20 refund it felt like an insult and misrecognition of our experience.
