we stayed ok just that...

Liked: i booked a room with 2 queen bed, but when I checked in they told me they have over booked and it was my fault because I booked online and there was nothing they could do. they wore long faces and said nothing nice or conciliatory to make us feel better. It appeared that they are new hires with zero experience or training dealing with customers/service work.
Disliked: front desk is bad

We had a great stay...

Liked: We enjoyed the complimentary parking, clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and free breakfast each morning.
Disliked: We didn’t have any real complaints. There was some construction going on, but it was minimal and didn’t impact our stay.
