Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room that was given to me hadn't been clean, it smelled like cigar smoke, there was urine stains on the toilet and a large amount of hair in the tub. I was move to another room that had a leaking toilet. The indoor pool hadn't been cleaned. My children didn't want to swim because of all the debri that was in the pool. Management offered extra reward points not a refund.

Liked: Staff was very courteous and polite. They were able to make adjustments that made our stay better.
Disliked: The hotel was going through a renovation, and the pool was closed. When we entered our first room, it had the odor of just being painted. The staff was able to move our room and ensure that we were comfortable.

Liked: Property was close to everything and close to what I was in town for
Disliked: No restaurant usually I pick hotels with restaurants/bar it gives you something extra to do when hanging around the hotel

Liked: I was disapointed I have always stayed at Hamption Not enough towel no blankets and asked for these itemsthe person was not happy he had to give to me, will not stay here again Hampton is going down hill in my view
