Not bad. Would stay there...
Liked: Breakfast was very good. I like that they had a happy hour option Tuesday- Thursday. Location was good.
Disliked: Shower had a piece of hair in it. Shower also either had some old black stains at the bottom or or mold in it.

It absolutely sucked.
Liked: Ask the people who got my room.
Disliked: I paid in full for a room since I had to work late into the early morning. Put it on my card so I could get some sleep that night. Once I got off work and went to the hotel, I was informed that my room had been double booked. I could understand if I put down a 5 dollar deposit. However I paid upfront for a room My name was in the system and trying to get a refund is another story. So, hours away from home, middle of the night, paid for the room, informed no room for you. I only rate a 1 because 0 is not a choice. I slept in my work van that night as much as i could. My experience here was the absolute worst I have ever had.

McDonough Hampton Inn Stay was...
Liked: Breakfast staff not friendly and there was not a variety of food and fresh cooked items were not fresh. In room toilet was not flushing and never repaired even though I put in a request and notified the front desk personally.
Disliked: The pool was not indoors and so it was cold. It was 1/2 outside and then the non responsiveness of the staff for bathroom issues. Breakfast was not pleasant or fresh.

Our stay was decent for...
Liked: The night shift staff.
Disliked: Booking was made for the wrong date due to a system error, we paid in full through booking for the stay. When we got there we were informed that we had booked the incorrect date, booked for that night and paid for the stay. We requested a refund for the error and no one responded and the refund was denied. This is very poor customer service. We will not stay at this property while traveling through again.
