Under maintained overpriced

Liked: The breakfast was cheap and not good. Weird flavors of yogurt. Microwaved and unevenly cooked, of course, potatoes and other items. No individual cereals, fresh fruit selections or cinnamon rolls. Even the juice was bad and tasted watery.
Disliked: The bed felt wore out. The couch was cheap and hard and not the type you could let a child sleep on like most hotel have. At check in the first employee told the guest before me and after all about breakfast and check out etc. but made no mention of any of that for my check in. When I asked what direction my room was and what time is breakfast she acted aggravated.

Was assigned the wrong size...

Liked: I booked through booking .com for a king with sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a king with no sofa bed. When I went to let the front desk know she said she could not help me because I used a 3rd party. I said yes but you can see I booked a king with sofa-bed and she assigned me a room with no sofa bed. That was her fault. She would do nothing to help us so we did not have enough room for our 3rd person. They had to sleep sitting up. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn
Disliked: Was not assigned correct size room. Front desk did nothing to change our situation we did not have enough room for our party because the front desk assigned us to a room with no sofabed. Horrible experience

The staff, rooms and location...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, especially the night front desk clerk. She would call you by your name, ask if there was anything we need. I would highly recommend staying at this location. It's across from the large mall and great restaurant options.

Disliked: The $100.00 hold/deposit. The last time I stayed they didn't do that and there is nothing on the website that tells you about this. So took me by surprise.
