Liked: Car was parked on property in the parking garage and the location was very accessible to where we were going .
Disliked: Well the custodians didn’t bring clean towels or pick up the dirty ones, also the bathroom ceiling could have used some more cleaning

Liked: Taay at the front desk, the valets, and manager (can't recall their names) were fabulous! It was a busy weekend with Beyonce's Cowboy Carter Tour, MLB All-Star game, and WWE event.They handled the weekend with warmth, humor, and efficiency.
Disliked: The room we were in needed maintenance attention such as lamp shade replacement, and repairs on the cabinet housing the refrigerator and the toilet tank cover. Not big issues, but little fixes that would have changed my rating.
