Liked: My friend and I came to town to see the cicadas. We were having trouble locating them because we were there near the end of the emergence. The desk clerk was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly about giving us ideas about where to go. The hotel itself was nice and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: There is a charge on my card for coincidental. I did not get a credit, but I sure did get billed

Liked: The breakfast selections were much appreciated - I had full days ahead of me and needed to "fuel up" at the hotel in the morning. The coffee was really good, too! I liked the seating arrangements in the breakfast area as well. A group of us met there and we used the big table with the tall chairs around it. The room was very comfortable - including temperature, and comfy bed & pillows. Noise was minimal, which was much appreciated!

Not worth the cost and...

Disliked: Showering was not possible since water was not going down the drain causing the tub to fill up quickly. We contacted the manager immediately upon check in and were told no one was available to get there until the next day which was 1 hour before our check out time. Having someone come to our room on the morning of check out was useless. We even asked to be transferred to another room and that was not even possible. I hope to be refunded of some kind since our stay at Hampton Inn Tennessee was horrendous.
