Room was clean; breakfast was provided. I would consider staying here again if in the area.

Liked: The front desk gentleman was amazing. Had a family emergency and he was absolutely helpful and concerned and even called to follow up. Very impressed

Liked: shower didnt work and just about everything was extremely dated.
Disliked: shower wasnt working and no maintenance staff around at 4pm on a Friday.

Bad. Worthless.
Liked: Nothing!!!!!!!
Disliked: Actually nothing. We were miserable. Bedspread was paper thin and no blankets. We froze..the place was dirtymilk and sausage grave were both spoiled. This was over 200$ fir one night and I will never stay there again nor anyplace affiliated. Bad customer Service!!!!!!!!!

I didn't get what I paid for.
Liked: The Location was good. The staff was friendly. It was close to many restaurants.
Disliked: The building was in need of some renovation. The property is really worn and in need of a hug. The elevator was creepy and needs to be serviced. The shower wall had mold spots and needs to be redone. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express, but I felt I was getting an upgrade by coming to the Hampton Inn. I guess things have changed over the years or may they haven't.

Exceptional
Liked: Friendly and clean. By far, the best accommodations in the area.
Disliked: Honestly, the coffee is awful. But, no other complaints!

Disliked: I thought I would get a room where the walls and some of the areas in the room were not clean. I was disappointed because the pool was broken, one of the reasons I chose this motel. The staff was snotty and unfriendly. It was expensive!
