Liked: People were fantastic employees. Extremely helpful and courteous. Hampton Inn always exceed the hospitality ratings of hotels to stay at. I strongly recommend Hampton Inns to everyone.

Worst airport shuttle service
Liked: Facilities and room comparable to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Had a king bed room which was a bit smaller than expected but clean and comfortable enough.
Disliked: Airport shuttle service was awful. It's on demand only so not run on a schedule but there was no one answering the phone when I called, repeatedly for over half an hour. Then when someone finally answered had to wait another half hour before the shuttle showed up. When asked why they didn't answer the phone they were unapologetic - said they were too busy, then claimed I must have dialed the wrong number. It was unbelievable. So if you need a shuttle ride from the airport - book somewhere else.

Will never stay at a...
Liked: Shocking - dreadful hotel. After a transatlantic flight, I arrived at the hotel about 10.00 pm. The toilet was broken, and after calling reception who supposedly contacted the mechanic to repair it, was told after half an hour that the mechanic had left for the night. So I was being moved to another room. The key to the new room didn’t work, so had to go down again to get reception to come up with me. Wanted to watch TV but the TV didn’t work. Terrible place. I think I should be at least partially reimbursed for a dreadful stay.
Disliked: I will not repeat what I already wrote above.
