Easy access to I270, quiet...
Liked: Breakfast was OK, not great. The pre-made eggs and sausages were unappetizing and there was no fruit available on two of the mornings.
Disliked: The TV remote did not work because the batteries were dead. I replaced them to get the TV to work. This has happened before when we stayed there.

Horrible bad services from staff
Liked: I did like that it was in good area and that the food was good room was clean
Disliked: Staff was very disrespectful don’t know how to talk to people they really need to work on getting staff that understands and respect guest and know that we don’t always wanna come out our way but sometimes we have to do that and we are goin though things to be more understanding

Over all, just fine.
Liked: Location and breakfast were fine for us
Disliked: We were given a room for the handicapped. Not needed and not a problem. And we noticed: for a handicapped person the low toilet is a problem along with the absence of a grab bar next to the toilet. For us another comfortable chair for seating would have been appreciated.

Not up to the usual...
Disliked: We made our booking through booking.com and found that that caused some limitations. I had mistakenly booked an accessible king room which also was connected to an adjoining room. When I asked for a different room that was not necessarily accessible and without an adjoining room, I was told that because I booked through booking.com they couldn't help me. Perhaps because it was an accessible room, the room was very sparse and bare bones, e.g., no amenities except a bar of soap in the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and springy; mattress should be replaced. Also the sheets were very uncomfortable and clearly non-absorbent polyester. I had a very uncomfortable sleep. I've stayed in several Hampton Inns and this one definitely did not measure up.
