Very good

Liked: Room was very good, comfortable & nicely locatedby elevators.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very goodWe and 5 other couples had to wait about 25 minutes for omelets apparently when it ran completely out the attendant didnot notice,also sausage was barely warm & dried out. Ugh

Disliked: Ac didn't stay on. Got hot on auto. Tried to change it but didn't change. Didn't sleep well. Waking up hot.

Very poor

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator broke, and we had to walk down 4 floors. My poor elder mother couldn't do it. Then I had knee surgery. Staff was rude. He had no customer service skills.

Liked: Thankful for Joel for switching our rooms after room I was given was dirty. Joel always makes us feel welcome and always their to help us and other teammates parents .
Disliked: The first room i was given wasn't clean. Bed wasn't made , restroom was dirty towels on the floor. Trash on the counter.
