The room; continental breakfast and staff were all nice and proper as you would expect from this style of hotel. The pool's dirtiness was the most disappointing part. Main reason I booked this hotel.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Indoor pool was dirty. Insects and other items were floating around the pool. The pool also had a sliminess to it on the walls and bottom, such as it hasn't been properly maintained.

I am still waiting for a refund since they double charged me then instructed me to call to make a complaint and request a virtual credit card. The manager of hotel hasn't returned my calls regarding the matter.

Liked: The room was clean and bed comfortable.
Disliked: Double charged.

The service and people were amazing. Beautiful room and community area. Can't wait to stay again.

When we left the first thing my husband and I said was we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone was great!

Liked: Friendly; comfortable bed & linens.
Disliked: Hair dryer broke the only time we used it.

Disliked: The on duty manager Alex was absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional. I have never been to a hotel where they tell you that you can’t eat together as a family in one room and then demand that you eat in the lobby. Mind you I had 2 rooms and all the kids wanted to eat together in one room and she came and knocked right on the door and said she saw us on the camera all go on one room and that isn’t allowed. And then complained about the volume of the kids at the tables eating dinner in the lobby. We were there on a mini vacation for fun and leisure and she made us miserable. Then she kept trolling the hallway out of our rooms and we felt harassed. She also stated that if we violated the rules she would call the cops on us and that she had just called the cops on another guests so she has no problem doing it again. Absolutely horrible experience and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not stay here ever again

Liked: My stay here was very good. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. We were here to take a tour of Syracuse University. I was happy that the hotel was clean and gave us a nice night sleep.
Disliked: The hotel is located very far from Syracuse University with not much to do close by. It is hard to find the hotel and if you make a wrong turn you would miss it. I didn't love the location.
