Great place to stay and...

Liked: Holly at the front desk was so nice she helps us with the double booking that happened with a smile on her face saying not to worry and then upgraded our room. She also helped us find a steak restaurant. She suggested the all American steakhouse. The food was incredible. We ate there 2 meals.
Disliked: Honestly I can’t think of anything. The beds were a bit harder than my liking but that is a personal preference. I did go out and climb on the pull out couch and slept like a baby. Usually those ante uncomfortable but I thought it was great !

Liked: I had requested an accessible room. When we got there, room was not accessible so they changed it over to one having 2 queens instead of a king. The only difference in our room and our friends' room was a handicap bar down the middle of the shower. I couldn't step into the tub and there were no bars to help me get on and off the toilet. It was definitely not a handicap accessible room as It was passed off to be. Very disappointing.

Liked: Nice hotel. Very clean and staff were very friendly
Disliked: Very noisy. Room was very close to highway

Not good.

Disliked: We stayed in room 301. My wife and couldn’t sleep because of the heavy, noisy traffic on I-49. We had a terrible night.

Disliked: The beds was hard
