Liked: The hotel was currently under renovation so a lot of the amenities were not open. We were unaware.
Disliked: The pool was closed due to renovation, which we would have liked to have enjoyed

Liked: Ample choices of both hot and cold offerings at breakfast. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. the heated pool was lovely, too.
Disliked: We had an excellent stay although next time I will ask for a higher floor as I could hear the people above me stomping as they walked and although the hotel didn't seem full, we had people in rooms close enough to hear TV's and talking. It would be nice if rooms could be spaced out, if possible.

This was a horribly overpriced...

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and it was Hampton. I walk into the the lobby to check in and the “front desk” is folding tables with a black table cloth. And this justifies a $200 a night price?!? We also chose this hotel specifically for the pool which we learned was out of service. I would expect this of a Hotel 6 or a Howard Johnson. NOT a Hampton. We are done with the Hampton brand.
