Excellent stay all the way around. The staff was great from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Room was great, very clean. The breakfast choices were excellent.

Disliked: Very disappointed about cleanliness and booking said it was 1.8 miles from Gillette Stadium and it was 26 miles … big difference very disappointed with Booking.com

Disliked: Pillows are my only complaint Small and flat.

Disliked: 1) staff in breakfast closed door in front of me while the time was not 10.00 yet. So I couldn’t finish my breakfast 2) check in process was long, but 3 managers came together and solved the problem. That was ok

Liked: The stall were excellent!!!
Disliked: The hotel room was in poor condition. Our first night we had a room that was looking at a stone wall. The bed was in the wrong direction. It was facing the brick wall instead of facing the TV. The shower doors would not stay closed. Not very clean. No soap dispenser in the shower, just the shampoo and conditioner. Noisy refrigerator. Our second night, we were upgraded to a suite. The TV was being held to the panel, with a plastic spoon, and the panel the TV was attached to leaning forward . The shower was OK, but the shower and toilet room was too small. Also no soap dispenser is the shower. No shade covering one of the windows. The pillows in both rooms were to small. They were like a cube in stead a regular king size pillow.
