All bad.

Liked: Nothing was likable about this hotel. When I arrived it was late due to me leaving straight from work to travel here. I waited outside in the vestibule to get into the property for at least 30 minutes. I had to call a family member who was already inside of the hotel from her room to let me into the lobby. The first night I was already on edge due to the hotel being dated with the furniture and things like that. The following morning my cousin found bed bugs in her room and was switched to another room with a full refund. That same night I found a bed bug on the edge of my bed. I immediately called the front desk and was told that they would switch me to another room. They only took off $100 from the $506 that I paid for my two nights stay. My family member was told to not book through a third party, and to book only through the hotel next time. Reason being, is that when people book through a third party they get rooms that was set aside specifically for them. I would never be staying with this property again. I asked when was the hotel last renovated, and the staff told me that it hasn’t been renovated.
Disliked: Nothing

I won’t stay there again

Liked: The sheets had blood on them. I asked for the room to be cleaned and was told I wasn’t in the list. For $200 a night I shouldn’t have to ask for a clean room and clean towels.
Disliked: The lack of cleaning

Liked: It was a comfortable, clean motel. Nothing extraordinary, but it was also very solid and reasonable priced. Like I said Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful
Disliked: Nothing it ws fine

Disliked: only one elevator working

Disliked: Went to the desk to get shampoo and got it on day 2 right before check out.

Our stay was exceptional.

Liked: Well I didn't really care for the breakfast.
Disliked: I would have liked more variety more choices to choose from.

My stay was comfortable

Liked: I loved the team & the attentiveness. The space was welcoming & very nice.
Disliked: The room doors had a bend on it. They should fix that
