It was a very enjoyable...

Liked: Carlos at the front desk was pleasant and kind. The room was very clean. Housekeepers were polite, restocked the room with needed items and took out trash. Dietary staff kept eating area very clean during breakfast hours. My family enjoyed the swimming pool, and sitting under the covered patio.
Disliked: More hot breakfast choices.

Liked: The location was convenient to our family, we were visiting. The hallways were quiet at night.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was too hard. I did not realize that pets were allowed. I prefer a hotel with a no-pet policy. There was a dog in the area for breakfast.
