Disliked: I was told at check in that house keeping wouldCome every other day but I didn’t receive house keeping at all. The manager was rude when I spoke to her and asked her for some towels my second night

Decent but not worth the...

Liked: The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. The hotel is located near some stores and restaurants. It was pet friendly. The lady at the desk at night was extremely kind and helpful.
Disliked: It is under construction for renovation so people are there working on it 7 days a week all day long. Construction material everywhere. That isn’t disclosed during booking. They have a pool but it is under renovation so don’t expect to swim. That wasn’t disclosed either so maybe not advertise they have this great indoor pool until it’s done. The lady at the front desk working day shift is rude and more interested in talking on the phone with her friends loudly rather than helping guests.

Liked: It was located near where we needed to be.
Disliked: The front desk attendant was rude. There’s major construction in the hotel yet we were still charged an exorbitant price. There’s major construction was I flushed tissue in the toilet. There were either construction workers or hotel maids in hallway yelling at each other. I have always preferred a Hampton Inn, but this was an extreme disappointment.

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. All staff very nice
Disliked: Renovations are being done downstairs and it was a bit dusty coming through. The breakfast area was located temporarily on the 2nd floor and there was no hot water, tea bags or decaf coffee available. I had to walk down to the front check in area to get some. Not too big of a deal but, I think it would be easy enough to have these things where breakfast is being served.

I wouldn’t do it again....

Liked: I liked the free parking. That’s it
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast. Both days was the same breakfast. The 2nd day, the sausages were dried out & not edible. I wish that I knew the pool was closed for renovation. I would have booked elsewhere. This was a comic con/ graduation getaway for my son who was looking forward to the pool.
