Liked: Location.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Perfect location to downtown area, Convention Center, and Visitor Center. The bed was very comfortable; A/C worked great; hotel lobby cookies were a great snack. The snack bar prices were priced well. Overall I would stay there again.

Liked: Staff was excellent and very helpful. Fitness center was great and was needed after eating all that excellent southern cooking.
Disliked: None to report.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Savannah! It was beautiful, hotel staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the concert at the Civic Center, which was right across the street!! We will be back!!

Liked: The lobby area is lovely and decorated in old Savannah charm. The separate sitting room is comfy. The breakfast room is large and complimentary. They have a concierge, which is useful in such a high tourist town. The guest room itself was okay. The bathroom needs an updated shower and the sink was oddly, exceptionally high, which made it uncomfortable to use. There were no glasses for water. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The free breakfast offered a good variety but the hot items were not kept hot. No cream or half and half for the coffee. The coffee itself was hot, but not very tasty myThe guest room was just okay. The shower was old and a bit rusty around the edges. Definitely needed upgrades. The sink was oddly high and made it uncomfortable to use. There were no glasses for water. Amenities in the bathroom were lacking.

Liked: Location. The hotel was basically across the street from the Savannah Civic Center.Concierge was really amazing!
Disliked: Bathroom faucet dripped all night. Parking was terrible due to the distance from the hotel.

Overall a very good experience.

Liked: Was not aware that there was an additional charge for parking. This would have impacted my hotel choice given the total cost of a one night stay.
